Kat Miller Coaching, LLC's website, www.katmillercoaching.com, and any associated platforms (collectively, the "Website") and the Rise Quietly Membership are provided by Kat Miller Coaching, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") for your personal and non-commercial use, subject to the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). By accessing or using the Website or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Billing & Subscriptions
If you purchase a recurring membership or subscription, you are enrolling in an automatically renewing subscription that requires recurring payments at the stated frequency (monthly or annually). There are no required minimum terms. Cancellations must be submitted via email to [email protected] at least 3 days prior to your next billing cycle. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial months of service.
User Conduct
By using the Website and any communications services, interactive features, or other services available through or in connection with the Website (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by any registration or subscription form.
